Meditation through breathwork and awareness are an essential skill to working with horses. Through an intentional focus on slowing one’s breath rate and focusing on the present, participants are able to let go of stress and become better connected to themselves.

 

 Mobility for most is a challenge due the physical demand of the job. Mobility work is incorporated into the morning routine for preparation and recovery. This includes general time for physical fitness at the facility/farm and stretching throughout the day.

 

An Executive Chef provides lunch and dinner for day 1-5 with a focus on physical wellness, relaxation, and mindfulness through food/culinary development. If any participants want to learn or interact with the Chef, they will have that unique opportunity. This is another very important element to the experience as the dinners are used to close-out the day and practice cohesion and decompression.
