5 - DAY PROGRAM

Our 5-day intensive program is built for Special Forces, combat veterans, and first responders ready to face their battles head-on. Led by a team of fellow warriors, veterans and first responders who’ve been in the fight, we provide a space where trust, purpose, and strength are rebuilt.

At the heart of the program is western performance horsemanship, where participants work with elite horses and trainers in disciplines like reined cow horse and team roping. These high-intensity sports demand focus, communication, and calm under pressure, mirroring the skills forged in combat and on the frontlines.

Throughout the week, participants also engage in Equilibria E-Colors training, a powerful tool for improving self-awareness, leadership, and communication. This class helps warriors better understand their natural tendencies and those of others, equipping them to lead effectively, build stronger teams, and connect authentically on and off the ranch.

Each day blends hands-on horsemanship, team-driven challenges, quiet reflection, and hard conversations, fostering a community of brotherhood and shared mission. Here, there are no ranks or titles just warriors standing shoulder to shoulder, learning to heal and lead again.

And while the journey is personal, the impact reaches far beyond the individual. A renewed sense of clarity, balance, and emotional strength directly strengthens the relationships that matter most, especially at home. Many participants arrive seeking tools to reconnect with loved ones, rebuild trust, and bring stability back to their family life. The skills learned here - communication, patience, vulnerability, and leadership, lay a foundation for healthier, more resilient family dynamics.

By the end of the week, participants walk away with renewed focus, a stronger sense of purpose, and a network of trusted allies committed to lasting growth and reintegration, at home, at work, and in their communities. Because healing the warrior also helps heal the family.
