At War Horses for Veterans, combat veterans and first responders build connection, gain confidence, and move forward with purpose through hands-on work with horses. 

Our five-day program offers time away from everyday demands to learn new skills, work through challenges, and connect with others who understand the demands of service. No horse experience is necessary. Come willing to learn, participate, and try something new.

Through horse work, shared experiences, and practical tools for personal growth, participants can develop greater awareness of how they respond to stress, communicate, and approach challenges; skills they can carry into their relationships, work, and everyday lives.

We are a nonclinical program grounded in opportunities to learn, reflect, and grow, with a community of support that extends beyond the ranch.
